FAQ: How to change your credit card number or cancel your SEOTpreneur PRO subscription.

We use ConvertKit Ecommerce to sell our SEOTpreneur PRO memberships. This information comes from their help page.


1. Find any email newsletter from SEOTpreneur PRO convertkit

You can also look for the "Thanks for your purchase" email sent to you when you first signed up.

If you have trouble finding out, you can email Mike@seotmindset.com to cancel your account manually!

The "Update your profile" link should be beside the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of every email newsletter.


Here you will need to enter a six-digit authentication code that Convertkit will email to you.

Once they’ve entered this code, you'll be able to update or edit their information.

4. Edit Contact Information

On the 'Update your profile' tab, you will be able to change your billing profile (first name, last name, and email address.)


5. Edit billing details.

If you have an active paid subscription, you'll also see a ‘Billing’ tab at the top of the page.


Clicking on the billing tab will you to a new billing page:


From here, they’ll be able to see their subscription details.

You can cancel your plan here:


NOTE: If you click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email (next to the 'Update your profile' one), this will also cancel your subscription.

And add a different payment method here:
